• Conveyors

ENTAG sorting lines for MSW produces reusable materials like wood, metals, plastic, glass and non-ferrous etc. A sorting line mostly consists of a waste receiving slat conveyor, screens, separators and conveyor . following are some types of such conveyors:

    • Slat conveyor
    • Feeding conveyor
    • Sorting conveyor
    • Organic conveyor
    • Reject conveyor
    • Organic collecting conveyor
    • Reject collecting conveyor
    • Under ground recyclables conveyor
    • Distribution conveyor

    Advantage:
      1. Heavy duty performance.
    2. Suitable for bulky, dust and greasy materials specially MSW.

  • Over Belt Magnets

Designed for use over a moving bed of material from which iron is to be removed. Iron is a common material in MSW. The magnet is there for one of the most frequently used separators in a sorting line or any sorting process for MSW. They are box-shaped units containing blocks of permanent magnet material, arranged to produce a powerful magnetic field. This magnetic field attracts the iron from the passing waste stream and move it to separate bin where it is detached.
    Advantage:

    • High separation efficiency
    • Strong construction (long life)
    • Permanent magnet

  • Bag Breakers

it's placed on the feeding belt conveyor and used for bags opening and also keeps the feeding waste at the same flow rate.

  • Trommel Screens

ENTAG trommels are designed to screen any kind of waste. The screen meshes size can vary from 1 cm up to 10 cm. In a sorting line they are mostly used as a first separation step in the separating / sorting process, the material to be screened is brought into the trommel with a belt conveyor. The material then moves through the trommel and the material smaller than the screen mesh fall through. The fraction larger than the screen mesh will come out of the trommel on the other side.
    Advantage:

    • High separation efficiency
    • Low energy consumption
    • Good versatility
    • Low maintenance costs
    • Strong construction (long life)
    • Suitable for outside
